Tall man says he’s short on women

A lanky man has admitted lying about his height in order to find a spouse. Zhang Yonggan, 44, stands 206cm tall and lives in Liuyang, Hunan province in China

He said he’s often told people he’s 196cm when asked about his height, 10cms less than he actually is!. Zhang explained to local media how he has scared away many girls because of his height. Zhang got married in 1988 but was divorced four years later because his wife was 162cm tall. He’s been unable to purchase clothes or shoes. He says he can’t understand why he’s so tall as his parents are only about 160cm tall.
