Tallest man in the USA
Igor Vovkovinskiy is officially
the tallest man in the United States. Holding the new U.S. Guinness World
tallest man record at 7 feet, 8.33 inches, Vovkovinskiy is proud of his height;
“It feels good to finally have proof that I am the Tallest Man in America.
Everyone is always asking me if I’m certain that I’m the (largest) and I was
never able to prove it,” he explained. “Now that I have this certificate to hang
on my wall, I could finally show it!”
His achievement was made official in New York City by Guinness representative on
the Dr. Oz Show.
Clearly deserving of the record, Vovkovinskiy was the tallest child throughout
school, although that hardly comes as a surprise. Vovkovinskiy was 5 feet tall
by the time he was three years old and already 6 feet tall and towering over
friends, family and classmates by the age of seven.
Aside from struggling to prove his Tallest Man in America status, Vovkovinskiy
has lived a successful life and is pursuing a degree in paralegal studies at the
Minnesota School of Business
