Ordering

The flags indicate the country in which the website's business is located, this will usually determine where the goods will be dispatched from. This is important as ordering goods from websites outside the country in which you are resident may incur additional costs, including both transport and local taxes. (Click here for more information on VAT etc) These should be ascertained from the supplier (as far as this is possible) and taken into account before ordering; delivery will clearly take a little longer as well. Tall people who usually find it difficult to find suitable clothes will appreciate the additional choice offered by the international market and as long as they shop wisely and try to  avoid impulse buying, they should find the experience very rewarding. To minimize transport costs, try and order several items at a time as the transport costs are often relatively high for single items, do not opt for the speediest means of dispatch if a choice is offered, unless you need the goods urgently, as the transport costs will again be higher. Sending items as gifts may in some instances help to avoid import duties in some countries, but do take advice!

 Ordering goods from companies that are located in the country in which you are resident will obviously be more straightforward, as there will be no 'unseen' taxes and the transport costs should also be less.
